Sam proactively updated me on progress for completing the repairs, the estimate for the substantial work was right on target, and the timeline for completing everything was accurate.
When a few parts were constrained due to factory backlog Sam contacted other shops and found the hard-to-find items for my R44. A different RHC facility previously told me I needed to purchase a new, high dollar part, but Sam and team saved me money by informing me they could repair the part vs purchasing a new replacement.

Instead of taking the “just make it work” approach, we decided to swap out a few of the older Dynon parts for better reliability. Along the way, we both dove into learning the Vertical Power VP-X system, and Sam went the extra mile to make sure everything was integrated correctly and cleaned up behind the panel. He took the time to walk me through each step, making sure the setup was reliable, safe, and future-ready.
