As a new aircraft owner, I brought my RV in for a panel upgrade knowing there were a lot of unknowns—especially in an experimental. Instead of taking the “just make it work” approach, we decided to swap out a few of the older Dynon parts for better reliability. Along the way, we both dove into learning the Vertical Power VP-X system, and Sam went the extra mile to make sure everything was integrated correctly and cleaned up behind the panel. He took the time to walk me through each step, making sure the setup was reliable, safe, and future-ready.
The level of care, attention to detail, and communication were top-notch. Sam treated me and my RV like I was flying a Pilatus. I’m already planning the next phase of upgrades with him. Highly recommend—great experience all around.
